
ABOUT YOUR COACH
As an executive leadership coach, Paul draws on 17 years of experience spent building businesses and leading teams in the private sector. Prior to founding The Stoic Circle, his most recently held position was 'President of Europe' for Cortland, a global real estate company, where he built the European platform from an idea to a fully established operating business with more than 300 employees.

Leading high-growth teams in the US and abroad, Paul uniquely understands organizational and cultural dynamics, as well as the “leveling up” required for leadership in rapidly growing companies. Paul’s coaching experience includes working with C-suite and other leaders across diverse industries including technology, finance/investments, real estate, hospitality, marketing, and non-profit.

Paul integrates his experience as a business leader with his formal training as a leadership coach, which includes a certification from Georgetown University’s Executive Leadership Coaching Program, an ICF-accredited training program.

He believes deeply in the value of self-knowledge and invests heavily in this area with clients to guide their coaching journeys. Paul utilizes a combination of assessments, guided introspection, and visioning to establish each client’s atlas of self-knowledge which then informs their unique development plan. During the coaching journey, Paul utilizes powerful questions, observational exercises, and shares his own real-world leadership experiences and practices to evoke client growth.

Paul is an ICF-certified coach, holding the designation of ACC (Associate Certified Coach). Paul is also a Certified Birkman Professional, with expertise in utilizing Birkman's relational and occupational profiling methods. He obtained his MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. He also holds a bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University, where he graduated magna cum laude with honors.
