The Stoic Circle offers clients the opportunity to deepen their self-awareness and explore 'what makes them tick' through deep-dive motivation profiling using tools such as the Birkman Method Assessment. The Stoic Circle also offers 360 degree assessments which involve Paul interviewing a client's key relationships to discover their perceptions of the client's strengths, opportunities, and developmental areas.
